When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number. By using your Order Number and email you can track your product on the Track order page.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us, and we'll fix it!

We provide a secure shopping experience and accept payments through Paypal, credit cards, debit cards, and VISA. You can select the payment method that suits you best. All products are priced in US Dollars, and our system will automatically convert your currency to simplify the ordering process for you.

It depends on where you are. Our Order cutoff time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders processed here will take 1-2 business days. Order transit time is 6 to 10 business days ( Monday-Friday). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). 

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

For defective or customer remorse, we will cover returns shipping cost for you.

Products can be returned to us at no additional cost within 30 days after we have delivered the item. For us to accept the return, the item must be in original condition. We will pay for shipping for any returns.
