How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Our Order cutoff time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders processed here will take 1-2 business days. Order transit time is 6 to 15 business days ( Monday-Friday). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
- It varies by country. For our Canadian customers, we use Canada Post. For customers from U.S we will use UPS, USPS to deliver the product.
Can I return my product?
