Shipping policy

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Processing

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.

Please note:

  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Regular service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • Please note that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping.
  • Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

Tracking Your Order


When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us, and we'll fix it!


Note for taxes


Our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). 


Delivery carriers


For our Canadian customers, we use Canada Post. For customers from the U.S., we will use UPS, and USPS to deliver the product.

Change your address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@warmwearessentials.com or Call Us at +1 (855) 719-2648

Cancellations


If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been shipped.


Unexpected Delays

Sometimes, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated here. Please get in touch with us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!

Parcel was damaged in transit.

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the package has been delivered without your presence, please get in touch with customer service with the next steps.
